Delivery & returns

Processing times

All the orders are processed and shipped within 48-72h ; to which you add the delivery time. You’ll receive your package within 5 working days for a delivery in France/Belgium, 10 working days in Europe, and two to three weeks for international shipping. If you order one product in pre-order and another in stock, you will receive both in the same package when the pre-order is put in stock. If you wish to receive two separate packages to receive the product in stock faster, please let us know by writing to us at [email protected] !

Returns

If unfortunately, your shoes don’t fit or satisfy you, you can return them for free from European countries. To do so, please fill out the return form right here.

You have 14 days from the reception of the order to make your return request. No return request will be accepted after this period. You will then have a period of 14 days from receipt of your label to return your package.

Product Care

To clean them, use a sponge soaked in soapy water. Choose a non-abrasive sponge. Avoid scrubbing in order not to damage the textured surface of the shoes. Dry after with a clean cloth.

Do not use any other cleaning product for your shoes: product intented for leather, vinegar, alcohol or chemical product.

To refresh the inside after wearing your shoes, you can sprinkle a bit of baking soda and let rest for a few hours.
